IBEW Local 125 – 126th Anniversary Drawing Rules

  1. Tickets are $20.00 each.
  2. A maximum of 1,000 tickets will be sold.
  3. Eligible participants may purchase up to 10 tickets per member.
  4. Ticket purchasers must be an active member of IBEW Local 125 or a retiree from IBEW Local 125 at the time of purchase and at the time of the drawing.
  5. If a ticket is purchased by an individual who does not qualify for the drawing, the purchase amount will not be refunded and will instead be donated to the Brotherhood Fund.
  6. The drawing will be held on October 12, 2026, in celebration of the 126th Anniversary of IBEW Local 125.
  7. The winning ticket will be drawn by the Local 125 President.
  8. Tickets will be available for purchase through the IBEW Local 125 Online Store as a virtual product.
  9. Buyers will receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase.
  10. Local 125 staff will compile all eligible entries and use a mail merge process to print tickets on the day of the drawing.
  11. Prior to the drawing, all ticket purchases will be cross-referenced against membership records, similar to an “Eligible to Vote” list, to verify eligibility and ensure all tickets are entered in the drawing.
  12. To claim the prize, the winner must be in ACTIVE STATUS or classified as a Local 125 Retiree at the time of the drawing.
  13. The online sales page will include the following notice:

“You must be an active IBEW Local 125 member or retiree at the time of purchase and at the time of the drawing to be eligible to win.”

By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to all rules and eligibility requirements stated above.
